SquarePicks Account Guide
This guide explains how to manage your account, funds, and profile settings.
1. Funding Your Account (Deposits)
Adding funds to your SquarePicks balance allows you to enter paid contests.
Eligibility
- You must be 21+ and physically located in an eligible US state.
- Identity verification may be required before depositing.
Payment Method
We currently process deposits exclusively through PayPal:
- You'll be redirected to PayPal to complete payment.
- Use your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or debit/credit card.
- Prepaid gift cards are generally not accepted.
Limits

Processing
- PayPal payments are typically available immediately.
- Bank transfers (eCheck) may take 3-5 business days.
Security
- Payments are handled entirely by PayPal's secure systems.
- SquarePicks does not store your payment credentials.
2. Withdrawing Your Winnings
Identity Verification
Before your first withdrawal, you must:
- Complete identity verification
- Provide your Social Security Number (SSN) for tax purposes
Eligible Destinations
Withdrawals can only be sent to payment methods previously used for deposits:
- Verified PayPal account
- Verified Venmo account (if used for deposit)
- Verified US bank account (if used for deposit)
Note: Withdrawals cannot be sent to credit cards.
Limits and Requirements

Playthrough Requirement
Deposited funds must be used for at least one contest entry before withdrawal. This helps prevent misuse.
Processing Schedule
- Withdrawals are processed daily at approximately 2:00 PM ET.
- Requests after this time are processed the next business day.
- First-time withdrawals may require additional review.
Taxes
- Winnings over $600 in net profit per year require a 1099-MISC.
- You may be asked to complete an IRS Form W-9.
3. Managing Your Profile
Accessing Your Profile
Tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Information Displayed
- Username
- Email address
- Current balance
- Transaction history
- Verification status
Editable Information
- Username (if available)
- Password (change via settings)
- Email address (for notifications)
Password Security
- Use a strong, unique password.
- Never share your password with anyone.
- Enable any available two-factor authentication.
Verification Status
Your profile shows the status of:
- Email verification
- Identity verification
- Tax information (W-9)
4. Transaction History
View all your transactions in your profile:
